摘要
Lieb-Oxford 不等式仅用 个相同电荷的经典系统的一粒子密度给出了其库仑能的下界。我们在此证明该不等式中最优常数的一个新估计。数值计算给出值 1.58，较先前已知值 1.64 有显著改进。最优常数近期已被证明大于 1.44。在第二部分的证明中，当该不等式限制于 Hartree-Fock 态时，常数可降至 1.25。这是首次证明交换项始终远小于完整的间接库仑能。
