量子霍尔流体中低压缩性条带的成像

摘要
使用亚表面电荷积聚扫描显微镜对多个整数量子霍尔填充因子对应的低压缩性条带进行成像。我们详细研究了填充因子 2 和 4 的条带。观察到的条带显著宽于理论预测。我们提出一种模型来解释此差异，考虑到离子迁移在圆周势垒中引入的非零态密度。
