IEEE 7010：评估人工智能福祉影响的新标准

摘要
人工智能（AI）赋能的产品与服务正成为日常生活的必需品。尽管政府与企业急于享受AI创新的益处，这些自主与智能系统对人类福祉的混合影响已成为紧迫问题。本文介绍了首批聚焦AI社会与伦理影响的国际标准之一：电气与电子工程师协会（IEEE）标准（Std）7010-2020《评估自主与智能系统对人类福祉影响的推荐实践》。在AI全生命周期中纳入福祉因素既具挑战又迫在眉睫，IEEE 7010为设计、部署和采购这些技术的人员提供关键指导。我们首先阐明以福祉为中心并测量福祉数据的AI方法的益处。接着概述IEEE 7010，包括其关键原则以及该标准与AI界现有方法与视角的关系。最后指出未来所需努力的方向。
