摘要
趋化性是指细胞响应称为趋化因子的化学信号而进行的定向运动。趋化过程数学建模的一个关键点是对趋化敏感性和趋化因子产生率的正确描述。在本文中，我们研究了具有体积填充效应的趋化模型中这些非线性参数函数的辨识问题。我们还讨论了用于反问题稳定求解的 Tikhonov 正则化的数值实现。我们的理论发现得到了数值测试的支持。
