含时振荡势的 Schrodinger 方程 homogenization

我们研究周期介质中带时间依赖势的 Schrodinger 方程的 homogenization。这是被外部电磁波激发的半导体的一个模型。我们证明，对于适当选取的（在空间与时间上均振荡的）势，可以将电子从一条 Bloch 带部分转移到另一条。这为位于半导体各种光学性质基础之上的、两此类态间跃迁概率的著名“Fermi 黄金规则”提供了依据。我们的方法基于经典 homogenization 技术（双尺度收敛与适当的振荡测试函数）与 Bloch 波理论的结合。
