我们描述了一个新的、简短的证明，涉及Hill方程势的谱的间隙长度与其正则性之间的一些事实。例如，一个实值势属于加权Gevrey-Sobolev空间当且仅当其间隙长度属于一个类似加权的序列空间。该结果的一个推广到复值势也被证明。我们还恢复了Trubowitz关于解析势的结果。该证明本质上使用了隐函数定理。
