双层石墨烯量子点的高频栅极操控

摘要
我们报告了双栅双层石墨烯量子点的输运数据。在库仑阻塞测量中，发现栅介质 Cytop(TM) 即使在低温下也能提供卓越的电子稳定性。此外，我们展示了频率高达 100 MHz 的方波电压脉冲栅极操控，并表明信号幅度不受电容耦合背栅存在的影响。
