摘要
对于任意素数幂 和任意维数 ，提出了一种利用全局函数域构造基 下 -序列的新方法。该构造产生了全局函数域上的 Halton 序列类比。这是首个不基于数字方法的 -序列通用构造。该构造也可纳入 Tezuka 最近引入的 -序列理论框架，从而为所构造的序列提供更优的偏差界。
