Mn_2VAl 中的半金属反铁磁性

摘要
我们指出 Mn_2VAl 是一种其中广义梯度近似 (GGA) 对于交换-关联泛函在预测行为上发生定性变化的化合物，与通常使用的局域密度近似 (LDA) 不同。应用 GGA 后，预测 Mn_2VAl 为一种半金属反铁磁体， minority 轨道为导电通道。对其电子结构和磁性进行了分析，并与等结构增强半金属 Fe_2VAl 进行了对比。
