摘要

我们使用密度泛函理论和动力均值场理论相结合的方法研究了 VAs 化合物的电子结构。与密度泛函计算所得的铁磁半导基态预测不同，动力相关性导致了能隙的闭合，产生了铁磁半金属态。结果强调了适用于自旋电子器件材料中动力相关性的重要性。
