摘要
我们报告了绝缘铁磁体 GdN 与拓扑绝缘体 Bi2Se3 外延薄膜的集成，并提出了这些异质结构的详细结构、磁性和输运表征。通过制造具有裸露部分和 GdN 覆盖部分的多通道霍尔棒，实现了磁输运性质的直接比较。我们表明，磁性覆盖层的存在导致顶部表面弱反局域化的抑制。
