二维GaAs半导体微腔中的基态极化激元凝聚

摘要
我们在非共振脉冲光激发下，观测到二维GaAs/AlAs半导体微腔中的基态极化激元凝聚。通过研究极化激元光致发光的空间、角度、相干性、能量和瞬态动力学，我们解析了极化激元凝聚体的形成。在高激发密度下，我们还观测到在时域中从弱耦合到强耦合的转变，并解析了相干极化激元态的建立过程。
