摘要

我们在非共振光激发下的GaAs柱形微腔中观察到自发驱动的非基态极化激元凝聚。我们确定了一个区域，其中激子-激子散射和极化激元对散射的相互作用可导致从非基态到基态极化激元凝聚的模式切换。一个简单的运动学模型令人满意地描述了观察到的模式切换，因为上述每种散射机制在不同的载流子密度下变得占主导地位。
