2021年全球麦穗数据集:以更高多样性改进麦穗定位方法的基准测试

摘要
全球麦穗检测(GWHD)数据集创建于2020年,汇集了来自多个采集平台和7个国家/机构的4700张RGB图像中193,634个标注麦穗。通过在Kaggle上举办相关竞赛,GWHD成功吸引了计算机视觉和农业科学两个领域的关注。从2020年的首次经验中,我们确定了若干改进方向,尤其是从数据规模、麦穗多样性和标注可靠性角度。为解决这些问题,我们对2020年数据集进行了复查、重新标注,并通过新增来自5个额外国家的1722张图像进行扩充,从而新增81,553个麦穗。我们现在发布2021年新版本的全球麦穗检测(GWHD)数据集,其比2020年版本更大、更多样且噪声更少。GWHD 2021现已公开于 http://www.global-wheat.com/,并在AIcrowd上组织了新的数据挑战赛以利用这一更新后的数据集。
