摘要
我们展示了用于环境空气中谐振工作的轮形硅光机械谐振器。光学回音壁模式的高精细度（加载光学 Q 因子高于 500,000）使得能够有效换能轮形谐振器频率高达 1.35 GHz 的机械径向轮廓模式，其在空气中具有高机械 Q 因子，约为 4,000。
