本文介绍了2012年美国物理学会三月会议上举行的“物理学中的性别与性取向多样性问题”特别会议。通过匿名调查征求了与会者的意见，并在此报告了结果。结合会议发言人和听众提出的观点，提出了一套建议行动，旨在使物理学界对LGBT+人群更具包容性。
