强耦合等离子体中的基本朗道能级

摘要

我们利用规范/引力对偶表明,在其框架下,当研究受任意强度磁场作用的强耦合等离子体的基本自由度的激发时,会出现朗道能级。我们在介子被熔化的相中工作,方法是将 D7-brane 嵌入到我们为与磁膜相关的 5D 背景所构造的 10D 提升中。通过研究最低准正频率对磁场强度和朗道能级的依赖关系,我们证实了能量表现得如同解离的朗道能级所预期那样。对准正模稳定性所受磁场影响的重构,使我们能够识别出场强低于某一特定值时的反磁催化,以及高于该值时的磁催化。

This version includes the calculation of the quasinormal modes of the dual scalar excitations, and presents the behavior of their energy as evidence that the evolution of such modes describes dissociating Landau levels.
