配体-受体相互作用在生物学中无处不在，并且因其在可编程自组装中的应用而在材料学中变得流行。尽管复杂的功能常源于不止两个连接分子的同时相互作用，但最先进的理论框架仅能计算具有一对一配体/受体结合系统的自由能。在本通讯中，我们推导了一个通用公式，用于计算具有任意数量连接子之间直接同时相互作用的系统的自由能。为例证我们方法的潜力与普适性，我们将其应用于 Parolini 等人 [ACS Nano 10, 2392 (2016)] 和 Halverson 等人 [J.
