KATRIN实验的焦平面探测器系统

摘要

卡尔斯鲁厄氚中微子(KATRIN)实验的焦平面探测器系统由一个多像素硅p-i-n二极管阵列、定制读出电子学、两个超导螺线管磁体、一个超高真空系统、一个高真空系统、校准和监测设备、一个闪烁体veto探测器以及一个定制数据采集系统组成。它被设计用于探测KATRIN主谱仪选择的低能电子。我们描述了该系统并总结了其在最终安装后的性能。
