TRISTAN项目中硅漂移探测器的电子表征

摘要
惰性中微子是粒子物理标准模型的最小扩展。一种有前景的与模型无关搜寻惰性中微子的方法是通过高精度β谱学。配备名为TRISTAN探测器的新型多像素硅漂移探测器焦平面阵列及读出系统的卡尔斯鲁厄氚中微子(KATRIN)实验,有潜力超越先前基于实验室的搜寻的灵敏度。本工作中我们展示了首批硅漂移探测器原型对电子的表征,并研究了探测器对电子响应的不确定性对最终惰性中微子灵敏度的影响。
