锥化最大似然估计的固定域渐近性质

摘要
当空间样本量极大时（这在许多环境和生态研究中出现），对大型协方差矩阵的运算是一个数值挑战。协方差锥化是一种缓解数值挑战的技术。在假设数据沿有界区域中的一条线收集的条件下，我们通过建立精确MLE和锥化MLE的固定域渐近分布，研究锥化如何影响Matérn协方差函数中微遍历参数的最大似然估计（MLE）的渐近效率。我们的结果表明，在锥化函数的某些条件下，锥化MLE对于Matérn模型中的微遍历参数渐近地与真实MLE一样有效。
