自组装半导体环的 far 红外吸收

摘要
我们报告了对自组装量子环在磁场下的 far 红外光谱实验的理论描述 [A. Lorke 等, Phys. Rev. Lett. 84, 2223 (2000)]，首次能够解释实验中出现的完整谱线。我们的计算采用包含应变和库仑效应的 3D 有效质量模型，假设环大小呈双峰分布。
