开放量子点输运的Fano机制

摘要

我们分析了通过量子点接触与导电引线强耦合的量子点——输运的Fano机制——并报告了多种共振态,这些共振态表明在低约束势的散射过程中相互作用共振占主导地位。存在类似于孤立量子点本征态的共振态,其宽度随与环境的耦合强度增加而增大,以及混合共振态。后者近似地由横向具有相同宇称的本征态的线性组合得到,相应的共振表现出共振俘获或能级排斥现象。混合模式的存在表明,开放量子点在Fano机制中的行为类似于人造分子。
