单电子晶体管电输运中的 Fano 共振

摘要
我们观察到单电子晶体管导电性中出现的非对称 Fano 共振，这源于系统中共挥路径与非共挥路径之间的干涉。共挥分量显示出量子点特征，但非共挥路径的来源尚不清楚。与其他显示 Fano 线形图案的实验系统相比，本实验系统的独特特征是，通过改变各种栅极的电压，可以改变两种路径之间的干涉。
