越过的碳纳米管中的 Fano 共振

摘要
我们报道了在交叉几何结构的多壁碳纳米管中观察到的共振输运。共振输运表现为微观电导曲线中非对称峰的特征。观察到的非对称电导峰可由碳纳米管接触区域的散射解释为 Fano 共振所致。电导峰对外部磁场极其敏感,并表现出阿伏伽德罗-布尔姆型振荡。
