摘要
利用一对耦合的 LRC 腔，我们通过实验证明了空间非均匀增益可以抑制不稳定性和放大作用。具体而言，我们观测到了一种反直觉的现象：即使提供的总增益增加，系统仍能实现稳定。这种行为直接与通过非对称泵浦实现的激光熄灭有关，该现象近期由 [M. Liertzer 等人，Phys. Rev. Lett. 108, 173901 (2012)] 提出。对其他简单系统的稳定性分析揭示了激光熄灭现象的普适性。
