我们推导了若干结果，描述了有限面积双曲曲面上的一般测地线进入和离开尖点的 excursion 速率，并将这些结果与相关 Fuchsian 群关于无穷远点轨道的逼近联系起来。这为 Fuchsian 群背景下的度量丢番图逼近中一些众所周知的定理提供了证明。它也在经典设定中给出了新的结果。
