量子阱中的激子和极化子

摘要

我们研究了约束在 Ga1xAlxAs/GaAs/Ga1xAlxAsGa_{1-x}Al_{x}As/GaAs/Ga_{1-x}Al_{x}As 型平面半导体异质结构所产生的势阱中的极化子和激子性质。与其他作者的结果相反,在势阱宽度作为函数时发现了激子能量和极化子有效质量的峰值,而极化子能量则呈现较为单调的行为。
