金属层附近GaAs/GaAlAs异质结构中的激子/等离激元极化激元

摘要
我们报道了无机量子阱激子与表面等离激元之间的强耦合。为此，在由GaAs/GaAlAs量子阱组成的异质结构顶部沉积了波纹状银膜。通过反射测量实验，证明了等离激元/重空穴激子/轻空穴激子混合态的形成。等离激元/轻空穴激子和等离激元/重空穴激子的相互作用能分别达到21 meV和22 meV。还讨论了等离激元-激子耦合的一些特性，并将其定性地与等离激元极化联系起来。
