天然二维势阱中的激子-极化激元凝聚

摘要
最近，有研究报道了仅在随机面内涨落影响下的均匀结构中发生的激子-极化激元Bose-Einstein凝聚。我们利用半导体微腔中普遍存在的缺陷，揭示了势阱量子化能级中极化激元的自发动力学凝聚。我们观察到了在多个量子态上的凝聚，并在实空间与倒易空间中拍摄了其快照。我们还展示了高占据数下粒子相互作用的影响，这一影响表现为受限波函数向Thomas-Fermi分布的改变。
