YMnO3中的交换偏置与电极化

摘要
我们报道了多铁性YMnO3外延薄膜的生长与功能表征。我们表明,在SrTiO3(111)衬底上使用Pt作为种子层,可以获得(0001)织构的外延YMnO3薄膜。使用原子力显微镜极化电畴,揭示了薄膜的铁电性质。当在YMnO3(0001)薄膜上生长坡莫合金层时,在低温下观察到交换偏置和增强矫顽力的清晰迹象。反铁磁性与电极化共存的现象表明,YMnO3的双铁性特征可用于新型器件。
