摘要
我们推导了在共祖过程伴随突变下，以过去某一固定时间的等位基因计数为条件的等位基因频率谱的精确公式。我们考虑根据有限位点或无限位点模型突变的非连锁双等位基因标记。这项工作扩展了非连锁双等位基因标记的共祖理论，使得在多个群体中快速计算等位基因频率谱成为可能。我们的结果可应用于人口推断、物种树推断，以及更广泛地分析近缘物种间的遗传变异。
