钾插层并五苯中 Mott 态形成的证据

摘要
我们研究了钾插层并五苯薄膜的电子输运性质。通过随温度变化的电导率测量，我们发现钾插层并五苯在较宽的钾浓度范围内表现出金属行为。令人惊讶的是，当钾浓度增加到每分子超过一个原子时，电导率重新进入绝缘态。我们通过电子结构计算对观测结果进行了理论分析，并得出结论：该现象源于由电子 - 电子相互作用驱动的 Mott 金属 - 绝缘体相变。
