提出了一种用于两组 S 参数集的新的相似性度量。它通过将修正 Hausdorff 距离应用于以实部、虚部和归一化频率轴为坐标的 3D 空间中的 S 参数点而构造。新的 S 参数相似性度量有助于实现分析到测量验证、不同工具所得模型与测量的比较,以及在 S 矩阵内寻找相似 S 参数模型或相似元件的自动化。
