我们提出 AstroVink,这是一个用于在 Euclid 成像中自动识别强透镜候选对象的视觉转换器分类器。我们基于 DINOv2 编码器进行微调,以区分透镜天体与非透镜天体。我们的基础模型在模拟的强透镜系统和标记的非透镜天体上训练,测试集中可在前 500 名的候选对象中恢复 88 个透镜候选对象,对应每检查 5.7 个对象即可发现一个透镜。数据释放 Q1 后,我们使用高置信度的透镜候选对象和新的负例(即被其他分类器标记为潜在透镜但在肉眼检查中被拒绝的对象)进行 retraining。重新训练后的网络进一步提升了性能,在相同的排名中实现对全部 110 个系统的恢复,将检查效率提升到每检查 4.5 个对象即可发现一个透镜,显示了在真实数据中纳入实例的作用。对训练子集的分析表明,纳入真实负例的作用是这一改进的关键。最后,我们将重新训练好的模型应用到 Q1 原始的 108 万目标集合中,随后进行了新的 Space Warps 公民科学检查和专家审核,在此过程中我们发现了 8 个 Grade A 和 26 个 Grade B 的新透镜候选对象。这些结果表明,基于转换器的体系结构在真实的 Euclid 数据中能够以高效的精度恢复强透镜候选对象,大幅减少了需要肉眼检查的候选对象数量。
