银河系群星的强引力偏转 (SL) 是探测其内部质量分布并是宇宙学模型的关键测试场。然而,在诸如 Euclid 这样的宽场观测中检测 SL 事件需要能够处理海量数据量的稳健、自动化方法。本文提出了一种基于掩模区域卷积神经网络 (Mask R-CNN) 的高级深度学习 (DL) 框架,旨在自动检测和分割 Euclid 对星系群的多波段成像中明亮的强偏转弧。该模型在由将模拟的背景源注入到 10 个大型引力星系的 Hubble 太空望远镜图像中,利用其由大量光谱数据构建的高精度质量模型而构建的真实模拟数据集上进行训练。该网络在超过 4500 张模拟图像上进行训练和验证,并在独立的 500 组模拟以及真实的 Euclid 快速数据发布 (Q1) 观测中进行测试。训练好的网络在测试集中成功识别引力弧,精确率和召回率分别为 76% 和 58%,以几乎瞬间的时间处理 2×22'\times2' 的图像。当应用于一组视觉确认的 Euclid Q1 星系群级透镜时,我们的模型恢复了训练期间用于阈值的 66% 的引力弧。尽管该模型显示出有前景的成果,但仍存在一些假阳性产出以及检测较小、较淡弧的挑战。我们的结果表明,先进的 DL 计算机视觉技术具有高效且可扩展的弧检测潜力,使其能够自动化分析当前和未来宽场观测中的 SL 系统。该代码 ARTEMIDE 已开源,可在 github.com/LBasz/ARTEMIDE 上获取。
