摘要
鉴于新近发展的标准化方法，我们通过模拟研究评估了倾向得分加权与基于标准化的方法在获得边际优势比与边际风险比估计值方面的比较。具体而言，我们考虑了两种方法在两种不同情景下的比较：(1) 在单一观察性研究中，以及 (2) 在随机对照试验的锚定间接治疗比较 (ITC) 中。我们以这样一种方式呈现材料，使得 ITC 设定中的匹配调整间接比较 (MAIC) 与（新颖的）模拟治疗比较 (STC) 方法可被视为分别类似于单一观察性研究设定中的倾向得分加权与标准化方法。我们的结果表明，当前进行 ITC 的建议可加以改进，并强调了调整纯预后因素的重要性。
