摘要
熵函数的特征化是信息论中具有根本性重要性的议题。通过对其香农外界界，即 polymatroid 区域施加约束，可获得区域的各类面及其上具有特殊结构的熵函数。本文对具有一个极端射线包含秩一 matroid 的 degree n polymatroid 区域二维面上的熵函数进行特征化。我们将所有这样的二维面分类为四类，即另一极端射线包含某个 matroid。
