摘要
利用非弹性电子隧穿进行电激发发光,是实现具有高调制带宽的超紧凑片上光源的一种有前景的方法。然而,由于较低的电子到光子转换效率,这些纳米尺度光源的实际实现面临挑战。在此,我们研究了在周期性 Ag-SiO2-Ag 隧穿结中因非弹性电子隧穿而增强光产生与外耦合的设计。与其他已报道结构相比,该结构具有制作工艺简单的独特优势。通过高效耦合隙等离激元模式与晶格共振,我们实现了局域光学态密度高达三个数量级的共振增强,以及约 0.53 的辐射效率提升,较未耦合结构高出 30%。
