摘要
本文通过初等方法推导斯特irling 第二类数的局部与中心极限定理，由此得到贝尔数及分布矩的有效渐近估计。我们还在多个方向上发展了渐近展开式，全部基于一种新颖的有限差分方法；这提供了此类展开式第一次自洽的初等论证。
