摘要
本文提出了一种用于 wurtzite 半导体纳米结构（具有圆柱对称性）的六能带 k·p 理论。我们的工作将 Vahala 和 Sercel [《Physical Review Letters 65, 239 (1990)》] 的公式推广到 wurtzite 半导体的 Rashba-Sheka-Pikus 哈密顿量，无需采用轴向近似。给出与常规公式相比较的结果，用于研究 wurtzite 量子点电子结构。
