半导体纳米结构的全带电子结构计算：一种降阶方法

摘要
我们提出了一种高效的降阶技术，用于半导体纳米结构的电子结构计算，适用于纳入全带量子输运模拟器。该模型基于经验赝势法获得的体带线性组合，并结合使用奇异值分解数值生成的匹配基函数。在无应变GaN层的空穴子带色散关系中，展示了所提出方法的效率和准确性。
