圆偏振电磁场照射下石墨中由斥势诱导的电子态

摘要
在周期驱动量子系统的 Floquet 理论框架下,演示了当石墨暴露于圆偏振电磁场时,势阱中心会诱导出吸引区域。因此,由斥势束缚的准稳态电子态出现。讨论了此类场诱导的态与电子抛物线色散常规系统之间的差异,并考察了这些态在石墨电子传输和光谱中的可能表现。
