摘要

在本工作中，我们利用香农信息熵研究受限在双量子点中的电子；即位置空间的熵 $S_r$ 、动量空间的熵 $S_p$ 以及总熵 $S_t = S_r+S_p$ 。我们得到了 $S_r$ 、 $S_p$ 和 $S_t$ 作为参数 $A_2$ 和 $k$ 的函数，这两个参数分别控制受限势内部势垒的高度和宽度。我们推测，当改变 $A_2$ 时，熵 $S_r$ 映射了态的简并度，并且也是双量子点解耦/耦合水平的指标。我们研究了量 $S_r$ 和 $S_p$ 作为概率分布离域/局域化的度量。此外，我们分析了量 $S_p$ 和 $S_t$ 随 $A_2$ 和 $k$ 变化的行为。最后，我们进行了能量分析，并在可能的情况下将我们的结果与文献中发表的工作进行了比较。
