本文介绍了一个用于提取任意能带结构中态密度和电导率有效质量的代码，并阐明了这些质量对于能带结构输运性质的意义。该代码名为有效质量查找器代码（EMAF，Effective Mass Finder code），可计算给定、通用且任意的半导体三维（3D）能带结构的有效质量参数。EMAF代码用MATLAB编写，并在GNU GPL v3.0许可下以开源形式发布于github和ResearchGate。
