摘要
本文旨在 presenting 对近年提出用于海面惯性粒子动力学的 Maxey-Riley 理论的改进。该模型升级消除了浮力余量（即粒子体积相对于海面高度的比例）的限制。该改进结果得到一个正确描述 neutrally buoyant 和 fully buoyant 粒子情形的方程。
