一类窄带隙异质结构中界面态的存在条件与构造程序之间的对偶性

摘要
将包含窄带隙半导体的异质结构量子理论中的界面解问题用交换图的语言重新表述。通过这种方式，此类异质结构中的界面态理论被自然地分解为两个子问题：(i) 界面态存在的判据，(ii) 它们在共同能隙中的局域化；这两个问题的解都由相关图的交换性要求给出。我们表明，这两个问题在范畴对偶性的意义下是对偶的，从一个交换图到另一个交换图的过渡由一个（反变）函子Op实现。
