Pt(111)表面上Pt二聚体的扩散

摘要
我们报告了Pt(111)表面上Pt二聚体扩散的密度泛函研究结果。计算得到的激活能为0.37 eV，与Kyuno等人最近的实验（Surf. Sci. 397, 191 (1998)）{\em 精确}一致。我们的计算证实，在吸附原子扩散感兴趣的温度下，二聚体是可移动的，因此有助于质量输运。它们还表明，二聚体的扩散路径由一系列单原子和（协同的）双原子跳跃组成。
