摘要
我们展示了一种新型的 YAuSi 液态金属合金离子源 (LMAIS)，该源可产生聚焦的钇离子束，并探讨了其在纳米加工、样品制备、光刻及注入工艺中的潜在应用。AuSiY LMAIS 的工作参数与其他基于金 - 硅的 LMAIS 相似。我们发现三电荷钇离子的发射电流异常高。文章展示了钇注入对共注入铒离子发光中植入离子系综光学性质的影响。
