我们报告了在FBK-irst(意大利特伦托)制造的、面向ATLAS升级的n-on-p型3D双面双类型柱(3D-DDTC)像素探测器的研制进展。所考虑的制造技术比需要活性边缘的全3D探测器更简单,但探测器的效率和辐射硬度关键取决于柱状电极的重叠,需要仔细评估。这些传感器(每个像素有2、3或4个柱)与ATLAS FEI3读出芯片的首次组装已在实验室中进行了测试。这里讨论了使用放射源进行的电学和功能表征的选定结果。
